Today, in partnership with the Pan-African Student Congress [P.A.S.C] PORTAL, by True Culture University, is providing black students with direct access to media outlets highlighting conversations that serve to promote the unity and growth of black communities.

PORTAL is a mobile application exclusively highlighting the realities of black students, businesses, & media.

The explosive response received from students at colleges throughout the African Diaspora who to date have published over 400 articles on True Culture University inspired the creation of this resource for students to share insights about their unique black collegiate experiences.
